P Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh interactivity, information quality, danentertaiment terhadap e-loyalty melalui e-trust dan e-satisfaction. Sampel yangdigunakan adalah sebanyak 160 pengguna dan pernah berbelanja di website onlineshopping Zalora. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis SEM. Hasilpenelitian menunjukan bahwa e-trust memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap eloyalty,e-satisfaction memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap e-loyalty, e-trustmemiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap e-satisfaction, information qualitymemiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap e-trust, information quality memilikipengaruh yang signifikan terhadap e-satisfaction, interactivity memiliki pengaruhyang signifikan terhadap e-trust, interactivity memiliki pengaruh yang signifikanpada e-satisfaction, entertaiment memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada esatisfaction.
T This study examines the effect interactivity, information quality, andentertaiment on e-loyalty through e-trust and e-satisfaction. A total of 160 onlinecustomers served as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using StructutalEquation Model. The results showed that e-trust have a significant influence on eloyalty,e-satisfaction have a significant influence on e-loyalty, e-trust have asignificant influence on e-satiscation, information quality have a significant influenceon e-trust, information quality have a significant influence on e-satisfaction,interactivity have a significant influence on e-trust, intractivity have a significantinfluence on e-satisfaction, and entertaiment have a significant influence on esatisfaction.
