P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital leadership capability dan emotional intelligence terhadap employability yang dimediasi oleh self-efficacy pada karyawan bank bni di jakarta utara. penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan mengunakkan metode survei dengan pengambilan sampel puposive sampling dari karyawan bank bni di jakarta utara yang sudah bekerja selama minimal satu tahun. data bersifat primer dan di himpun dengan menggunakan kuisioner melalui google form yang diisi oleh 276 karyawan di perusahaan yang diteliti. teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan terdiri dari beberapa pengujian instrumen seperti uji validitas dan reabilitas, structural equation modeling (sem), serta uji statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak spss dan amos. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership capability dan emotional intelligence memiliki pengaruh terhadap employability, digital leadership capability tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap self-efficacy, emotional intelligence memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap self-efficacy, dan self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh posotif terhadap employability. sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung, self-efficacy dapat memediasi pengaruh digital leadeship capability terhadap employabiliy, dan self-efficacy tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh emotional intelligence terhadap employability. implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini yaitu, manajemen dapat memperikan pelatihan terkait program pengembangan untuk membantu karyawan mengelola emosi, membangun hubungan interpersonal yang baik, serta meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengambil keputusan. hal tersebut dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat serta mengelola konflik yang terjadi akan lebih mudah. bank juga perlu membangun suasana kerja yang terbuka terhadap masukan supaya tercipta rasa memiliki antara karyawan dan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of digital leadership capability and emotional intelligence on employability mediated by self-efficacy on bni bank employees in north jakarta. the research was conducted using a quantitative approach and using a survey method with puposive sampling of bni bank employees in north jakarta who have worked for at least one year. the data is primary and collected using a questionnaire through google form filled out by 276 employees at the company under study. the data processing technique used consists of several instrument tests such as validity and reliability tests, structural equation modeling (sem), and descriptive statistical tests using spss and amos software. the results showed that digital leadership capability and emotional intelligence have an influence on employability, digital leadership capability has no influence on self-efficacy, emotional intelligence has a positive influence on self-efficacy, and self-efficacy has a positive influence on employability. as for the indirect effect, self-efficacy can mediate the effect of digital leadership capability on employability, and self-efficacy cannot mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on employability. the managerial implication of this study is that management can provide training related to development programs to help employees manage their emotions, build positive interpersonal relationships, and improve their decision-making skills. these efforts can create a healthy work environment and make it easier to manage conflicts that may arise. additionally, the bank needs to foster a workplace atmosphere that is open to feedback in order to build a sense of belonging between employees and the company, thereby enhancing their self-confidence.
