T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh pengaruh dari customer experience with company terhadap brand equity melalui brand meaning. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah testing hyphothesis. metode pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan alat bantu kuesioner. responden yang dipilih adalah pengguna jasa Hotel berbintang lima di Jakarta dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 120 responden. untuk menganalisa pengaruh pengaruh dari customer experience with company terhadap brand equity melalui brand meaning digunakan uji instrument yang terdiri dari uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas, sedangkan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan perhitungan metode analisis data structural equation model dengan menggunakan Amos. T The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of customer experience with company toward brand equity through brand meaning. Research design used in this study is testing hypothesis. methods of data collection tools are obtained by questionnaire. respondents who selected the customers of Five Star Hotel in Jakarta with a sample size of 120 respondents. to analyze the influence of customer experience with company toward brand equity through brand meaning with the test instrument used consisted of test validity and reliability tests, whereas hypothesis testing is done by the calculation method of data analysis, structural equation models using amos.
