T Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan besar di berbagai sektor, termasukperbankan yang mengadopsi Digital Banking untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan dayasaing. Namun, peralihan ini juga memunculkan tantangan baru, seperti EmployeePerformance di antara karyawan, yang sering kali dipicu oleh ketidakpastian perandan perubahan tugas yang diakibatkan oleh teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk menganalisis pengaruh Digital Leadership (DL) dan Digital Capabilities (DC)terhadap Employee Performance (EP) yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction (JS) padakaryawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) di Kantor Wilayah VIII. Rancangan padapenelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui pengujian hipotesis (Hypothesis Testing). Sampelpada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 124 orang dengan metode yang digunakan yaitusnowball sampling. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaituSructural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Digital Leadership secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positifterhadap Job Satisfaction. Kemudian Digital Capabilities secara signifikan memilikipengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction secara signifikan memilikipengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance. Hasil pengujian hipotesismenunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara DigitalLeadership terhadap Employee Performance. Selain itu hasil juga menunjukkanbahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Digital Capabilities terhadapEmployee Performance. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapatpengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Digital Leadership terhadap EmployeePerformance yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Hasil pengujian hipotesismenunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara DigitalCapabilities terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction.Adapun implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini pada digital leadership yaitu atasanuntuk terus memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang teknologi, transformasidigital, dan keterampilan kepemimpinan yang relevan agar para karyawan dapatmeningkatkan kesadaran akan teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkandigitalitas perusahaan.

In addition, the results also show that there isa significant positive influence between Digital Capabilities on EmployeePerformance. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant positiveinfluence between Digital Leadership on Employee Performance which is mediated byJob Satisfaction. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significantpositive influence between Digital Capabilities on Employee Performance which ismediated by Job Satisfaction. The managerial implications of this research on digitalleadership are that superiors continue to have a deep understanding of technology,digital transformation, and relevant leadership skills so that employees can increaseawareness of technology that can be used to increase the company\\\'s digitality.
