U ntuk mendukung konektivitas atau terintegrasinya antarmoda transportasiyang ada di Kawasan Berorientasi Transit Dukuh Atas, maka akan dikembangkansebagai upaya strategi dengan membuat fasilitas publik yaitu bangunan Transport Hubdan fasilitas pendukungnya yang bertujuan menciptakan koneksi bermakna denganlingkungan kehidupan perkotaan yang kompleks dan dapat menjadi sebuah ruangtransisi dan fasilitas pendukung kawasan. Pendekatan integrasi fungsi dipilih dalamperencanaan Transport Hub ini sebagai solusi jawaban dari adanya kompleksitasproyek, upaya mendukung perkembangan transportasi, ramah lingkungan, hematenergi, dan memudahkan berbagai moda transportasi yang ada untuk salingberkoordinasi dalam satu tempat serta menciptakan pembangunan kota yangberkualitas.
