Anteseden brand loyalty
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand experience, preceived quality, dan brand trus terhadap brand loyalty. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada individu yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan sepeda motor minimal 2 kali dalam 5 tahun terakhir. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner online (google form). Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel brand trust, preceived quality, dan brand trust berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty.
T his study aims to analyze the effect of brand experience, perceived quality, and brand trust on brand loyalty. This research was conducted on individuals who had bought and used a motorcycle at least 2 times in the last 5 years. Research data was obtained through an online questionnaire (google form). The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The data analysis tool used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results of this study concluded that the variables brand trust, perceived quality, and brand trust have a positive effect on brand loyalty.
