T he research area is in the South Sumatra Basin Baturaja Formation. The South Sumatra Basin is bordered by the Sunda Shelf in the northeast, Lampung Tinggian in the southeast, Bukit Barisan Mountains in the southwest, and the Twelve Mountains and Thirty Mountains in the northwest. The research conducted included qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis includes log data and secondary data. While quantitative analysis uses petrophysical calculations. Based on the analysis of thin facies of petrophysical facies on SYP-1, SYP-2, SYP-3 and SYP-6 wells, five types of limestone facies were obtained, namely wackstone, packstone, wackstone to packestone, Rudstone and Dolomite Floastone. with mineral content which is dominated by sparite and micrite calcite which are deposited in shallow marine environments. The porosity that develops in the research area is secondary porosity resulting from dissolution and fracture. The average porosity of the results of the interpretation of the isoporosity map found porosity scattered in the SYP field by an average of 40% - 48%. From the results of the calculation of hydrocarbon reserves the research area has hydrocarbon reserves which accumulate at 14,225 MMCF.
