Penerapan theory of constraint untuk management operator dalam memenuhi target penyimpanan produk pada PT. Cipta Krida Bahari
P T. Cipta Krida Bahari merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang logistik. Produk yang disimpan dalam Warehouse 2 PT. Cipta Krida Bahari adalah Drum Oil, Drillchem Glide, Fracseal Fine dan Graphic X-Fine. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan adalah sering tidak tercapainya target penyimpanan produk yang ditentukan. Target Penyimpanan pada bulan Juni untuk produk Drum Oil per bulannya sebanyak 124 unit, Drillchem Glide sebanyak 345 unit, Fracseal sebanyak 376 unit dan Graphic X-Fine sebanyak 421 unit. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Theory Of Constraints. Pengamatan pada warehouse 2 untuk menentukan waktu siklus dilakukan sebanyak 15 kali. Data waktu siklus dari hasil pengamatan yang ada di lakukan uji keseragaman dan kecukupan data. Data waktu tersebut digunakan pada perhitungan Theory Of Constraints yaitu untuk mengetahui area/aktivitas kerja yang mengalami bottleneck. Hasil output dari usulan perbaikan pertama dengan melakukan penambahan time buffer pada aktifitas Unload Shipment sebesar 0,76 jam dan pada aktivitas Put Away Product To Location sebesar 8 jam. hasil usulan kedua dengan melakukan penambahan operator pada aktivitas Unload Shipment dan Put away product to location. Dengan penambahan 1 operator pada aktivitas pertama maka waktu pengerjaan yang dibutuhkan yang semula sebesar 8 jam per hari berubah menjadi 4 jam per hari dan pada aktivitas kerja kedua waktu pengerjaan yang dibutuhkan pada aktivitas kerja tersebut yang semula 8,4 jam per hari berubah menjadi 4,2 jam per hari. .

From the calculation of Theory Of Constraints activity experienced a bottleneck is Unload Shipment and Put away product to location.There are several proposals to achieve the target product storage, that is by adding a buffer time for activities that have constraints and the addition operator. The results of the output of the first proposal by providing additional time buffer on the activity of Unload Shipment of 0.76 hours and the activity Put Away Product To Location for 8 hours. With the addition of one operator on the activity Shipment Unload the processing time required in work activities that were originally amounted to 168 hours per month or 8 hours per day can turn into half ie 84 hours per month or 4 hours per day. With the addition of one operator at work activities Put away product to location the processing time required in work activities that were originally amounted to 176 hours per month, or 8.4 hours per day can turn into half at 88 hours per month or 4.2 hours per day.
