Pengaruh employee green involvement, green training dan green image terhadap perception for corporate social responsibility pada PT Cabot Indonesia di Jakarta
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Employee Green Involvement, Green Training dan Green Image terhadap Perception for Corporate Social Responsibility pada karyawan PT Cabot Indonesia di Jakarta. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan metode sensus yaitu penyebaran kuesioner online kepada seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Cabot Indonesia yang berjumlah 116 orang. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji hipotesis.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Employee Green Involvement, Green Training dan Green Image berpengaruh positif terhadap Perception for Corporate Social Responsibility. Implikasi bagi manajer yaitu perusahaan sebaiknya memberikan penghargaan dan kompensasi kepada karyawan yang menerapkan Employee Green Involvement, Green Training dan Green Image agar lebih termotivasi dalam melakukan gerakan hijau.
T his study aims to analyze the effect of Employee Green Involvement, Green Training and Green Image on Perception for Corporate Social Responsibility on the employees of PT Cabot Indonesia in Jakarta. Data obtained using the census method is the distribution of online questionnaires to all employees who work at PT Cabot Indonesia, amounting to 116 people. The research design used in this study is hypothesis testing.The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Employee Green Involvement, Green Training and Green Image have a positive effect on Perception for Corporate Social Responsibility. The implication for managers is that companies should give rewards and compensation to employees who apply Employee Green Involvement, Green Training and Green Image to be more motivated in conducting green movements.
