P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Active Participation terhadap Overall Satisfaction, dan Overall Satisfaction terhadap Behavioral Changedan Community Promotion. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalag dataprimer. Data dikumpulkan langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada 180responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas.Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa active participation berpengaruh positif terhadap overall satisfaction, dan overall satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral change dan community promotion.

T his study aims to examine the effect of Active Participation on OverallSatisfaction, and Overall Satisfaction on Behavioral Change and CommunityPromotion. The data used in this study are primary data. Data was collected directlythrough questionnaires on 180 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Test instrument using validity and reliability test.The analytical tool used in this study is using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the analysis show that active participation has a positive effect on overall satisfaction, and overall satisfaction has a positive effect on behavioral change and community promotion.
