P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi Hotel Website Quality pada hotel Harris di Jakarta. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan 5 point dari skala Likert kepada 150 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda mengunakan program SPSS versi 25. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil pengujiam hipotesa menunjukkan bahwa Hotel Website Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Flow, Perceived Flow berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Flow berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase Intention.

T he purpose of this study is to test and analyze consequences of website quality on hotel service in Jakarta. The data used are primary data. Data collection techniques obtained by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale of the 150 respondents. The analytical tool used was SPSS version 25. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hypothesis testing results show that Hotel Website Quality has a positive effect on Perceived Flow, Perceived Flow has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Flow has a positive effect on Purchase Intention.
