T ujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership dan Authentic Leadership terhadap Follower Psychological Capital pada karyawan Grand Cempaka Business Hotel di Jakarta Pusat. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Transformational Leadership dan Authentic Leadership dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Follower Psychological Capital. Data dikumpulkan dari 70 karyawan dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sensus dari populasi karyawan Grand Cempaka Business Hotel di Jakarta Pusat. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda melalui program SPSS versi 24.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil analisis rata-rata variabel transformational leadership sebesar 3,706. Hasil analisis rata-rata variabel authentic leadership sebesar 3,609. Hasil analisis rata-rata variabel follower psychological capital sebesar 3,391. Hasil analisis pengaruh positif Transformational Leadership terhadap Follower Psychological Capital ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,184 dan hasil pengaruh positif Authentic Leadership terhadap Follower Psychological Capital ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,211.

T he purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and authentic leadership on follower psychological capital on employees of Grand Cempaka Business Hotel in Central Jakarta. The independent variables are transformational leadership and authentic leadership and the dependet variable is follower psychological capital. Data was collected from 70 employees with data collection technique used is the census of regression analysis through SPSS version 24.This study has shown the result of the analysis average variable of transformational leadership is 3,706. The result of the analysis variable of authentic leadership is 3,609. Meanwhile, variable of follower psychological capital has shown the result of the analysis is 3,391. The results of the analysis of the positive influence of transformational leadership on follower psychological capital indicated by the beta value of 0,184 and The results of the analysis of the positive influence of authentic leadership on follower psychological capital indicated by the beta value of 0,211.
