Pengaruh knowledge management terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan sumberdaya manusia PT Bayutama Teknik di Jakarta
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh KnowledgeManagement terhadap Job Satisfaction pada karyawan PT Bayutama Teknik, Jakarta.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan sensus pada karyawan PT Bayutama Teknik sebanyak 150 karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode multiple regrestion dengan SPSS versi 21.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak terdapat pengaruh positifKnowledge Acquisition terhadap Job Satisfaction (2) terdapat pengaruh positifKnowledge Sharing terhadap Job Satisfaction (3) tidak terdapat pengaruh positifKnowledge Creation terhadap Job Satisfaction (4) terdapat pengaruh positifKnowledge Codification terhadap Job Satisfaction (5) terdapat pengaruh positifKnowledge Retention terhadap Job Satisfaction.
T his research aims to determine the Effect of Knowledge Managementon Job Satisfaction at employees of PT Bayutama Teknik, Jakarta. Data collectionmethod used in this research is survey method by using questionnaire instrument.Sampling technique using census of PT Bayutama Teknik employee as many as 150employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple regrestion method with SPSSversion 21.0. The result of this research shows that: (1) there is no positive influenceof Knowledge Acquisition on Job Satisfaction (2) there is positive influence ofKnowledge Sharing on Job Satisfaction (3) there is no positive influence ofKnowledge Creation on Job Satisfaction (4) there is positive influence of KnowledgeCodification on Job Satisfaction (5) there is positive influence of KnowledgeRetention on Job Satisfaction.
