P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Reward, Performance Appraisal, Teamwork, Training and Development terhadap Knowledge Sharing. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi penjualan tiket PT. Lion Air, Tbk sebanyak 110 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yakni karyawan divisi penjualan tiket PT. Lion Air, Tbk yang berada di Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini variabel-variabel yang diukur adalah Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Reward, Performance Appraisal, Teamwork, Training and Development sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan Knowledge Sharing sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Penelitian ini menggunak:an metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan software AMOS versi 7 melalui Model Persamaan Struktural (SEM). Hasil yang diperoleh pada pengaruh positif Recruitment and Selection terhadap Knowledge Sharing diperoleh nilai beta sebesar 0,206, Pengaruh positif Compensation and Reward terhadap Knowledge Sharing diperoleh nilai beta sebesar 0,191, Pengaruh positif Performance Appraisal terhadap Knowledge Sharing diperoleh nilai beta sebesar 0,188, Pengaruh positif Teamwork terhadap Knowledge Sharing diperoleh nilai beta sebesar 0,302, dan pengaruh positif Training and Development terhadap Knowledge Sharing diperoleh nilai beta sebesar 0,507. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Fong, Ooi, Tan, dan Lee (2011).

T he purpose of this research was analyzed the effect Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Reward, Performance Appraisal, Teamwork, Training and Development on Knowledge Sharing. Sample of this research as the respondent was sales ticketing divisions employee PT. Lion Air, Tbk as much as 110 respondents using purposive sampling methods are sales ticketing division's employee PT. Lion Air, Tbk in Jakarta. In this study, variables measured were Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Reward, Performance Appraisal, Teamwork, Training and Development as independent variable (X) and Knowledge Sharing as dependent variable. This research uses descriptive analytical method and the hypotheses testing with AMOS version 7 with Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results of coefficient beta this analysis the effect of positively Recruitment and Selection on Knowledge Sharing 0,206 (fJ= 0,206), Results of coefficient beta this analysis the effect of positively Compensation and Reward on Knowledge Sharing 0,191 (fJ= 0,191), Results of coefficient beta this analysis the effect of positively Performance Appraisal on Knowledge Sharing 0,188 (fJ= 0,188), Results of coefficient beta this analysis the effect of positively Teamwork on Knowledge Sharing 0,302 (fJ= 0,302), Results of coefficient beta this analysis the effect of positively Training and Development on Knowledge Sharing 0,507 (p= 0,507). The results are consistent with studies was conducted by Fong, Ooi, Tan, and Lee (2011).
