Attitude towards mobile banking memediasi pengaruh mobile banking servicescape terhadap customer engagement
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Mobile Banking Servicescape terhadap Customer Engagement melalui Attitude Towards Mobile Banking konsumen pengguna mobile banking. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 300 responden dan dikumpulkan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian in adalah : (1) Mobile Banking Servicescape berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude Towards Mobile Banking, (2) Attitude Towards Mobile Banking berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Engagement, (3) ) Mobile Banking Servicescape berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Engagement, dan (4) Mobile Banking Servicescape berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Engagement melalui Attitude Towards Mobile Banking.
T he objective of this study is to examine an analyze the effect of . Mobile Banking Servicescape on Customer Engagement Through Attitude Towards Mobile Banking from customers of mobile banking. The samples being used in this study is 300 respondents. The data collection method being used by this study is purposive sampling. The testing is conducted by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method. The findings of this study are : (1) Mobile Banking Servicescape has a positive effect on Attitude Towards Mobile Banking, (2) Attitude Towards Mobile Banking has a positive effect on Customer Engagement, (3) ) Mobile Banking Servicescape has a positive effect on Customer Engagement, and (4) Mobile Banking Servicescape has a positive effect on Customer Engagement through Attitude Towards Mobile Banking.
