P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance, organizational commitment, dan job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention. penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. data dikumpulkan dari 385 responden dengan pendekatan slovin. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dengan nilai p-value masing-masing < 0,05. artinya, semakin baik work-life balance, organizational commitment, dan job satisfaction yang dirasakan karyawan, maka semakin rendah niat mereka untuk keluar dari perusahaan. penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan meningkatkan keseimbangan kerja-kehidupan, memperkuat loyalitas karyawan, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memuaskan.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on turnover intention. the research adopts a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing. data were collected from 385 respondents using the slovin formula. the results indicate that all three independent variables have a significant negative effect on turnover intention, with each p-value being less than 0.05. this means that the better the employees perceive their work-life balance, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction, the lower their intention to leave the company. the study recommends that companies improve work-life balance, strengthen employee loyalty, and create a satisfying work environment.
