P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support dan human resources management (hrmp) terhadap job performance dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan unit analisisnya karyawan online travel agent di jakarta. rancangan pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui penggunaan uji hipotesis (hypothesis testing). pengumpulan data berlangsung secara cross sectional. data yang bersifat data primer dan dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui g-form yang diisi oleh 195 karyawan online travel agent di jakarta. metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. uji pengolahan hipotesis dengan sem dan mediasi dengan menggunakan uji sobel test serta structural equation model (sem) dan uji statistic deskriptif menggunakan spss dan amos. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap job performance, hrmp memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance, perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, hrmp memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, dan organizational citizenship behavior memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance. sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung organizational citizenship behavior tidak memediasi pengaruh pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap job performance. namun, organizational citizenship behavior dapat memediasi pengaruh hrmp terhadap job performance. implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan praktik manajemen sdm, khususnya pada tahap seleksi awal melalui wawancara terstruktur, guna memperoleh karyawan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. selain itu, penguatan budaya kerja kolaboratif juga diperlukan untuk meningkatkan perilaku organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), terutama dalam aspek saling membantu antar rekan kerja.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and human resources management practices (hrmp) on job performance, mediated by organizational citizenship behavior (ocb). the research uses a quantitative approach with employees of online travel agents in jakarta as the unit of analysis. the study design involves hypothesis testing and data collection through a cross-sectional method. primary data were collected using questionnaires distributed via google forms and filled out by 195 online travel agent employees in jakarta. the sampling method used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. hypothesis testing was conducted using structural equation modeling (sem), the mediation effect was examined through the sobel test, and descriptive statistics were analyzed using spss and amos. the results show that perceived organizational support does not significantly affect job performance, while hrmp has a positive effect on job performance. furthermore, both perceived organizational support and hrmp have a positive effect on ocb, and ocb positively affects job performance. regarding indirect effects, ocb does not mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and job performance. however, ocb mediates the relationship between hrmp and job performance. the managerial implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving hrm practices, particularly during the initial employee selection stage through structured interviews, in order to hire employees who fit organizational needs. additionally, strengthening a collaborative work culture is essential to enhance organizational citizenship behavior, especially in the aspect of helping colleagues at work.
