Abstrak
Abstract

P Penetitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi financial distress dan bagaimanapengaruh Women on Board of Commissioner, Women on Board of Director, SalesGrowth dan Board Size terhadap financial distress dengan menggunakan modelanalisis Altman Z-Score. Populasi yang diteliti berasal dari perusahaan LQ45 yanglisting di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2018-2022 dan pengambilansampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan jumlahdata yang diteliti sebanyak 95 sampel. Data-data tersebut diambil dari laporankeuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan yang telah tersedia di website BEl atauwebsite masing-masing perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa pengujian yang dilakukandalam penelitian ini. yaitu uji normalitas. uji penyimpangan asumsi klasik, dan ujihipotesis. Hasil dari pengujian tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa Women on Board ofCommissioner tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Distress, lalu Women on Boardof Director berpengaruh Positif terhadap Financial Distress, sedangkan Sales Growthtidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Distress dan Board Size berpengaruh positifterhadap Financial Distress

T This research aims to determine the condition of financial distress and how women onthe Board of Commissioners, Women on the Board of Directors, Sales Growth andBoard Size influence financial distress using the Altman Z-Score analysis model. Thepopulation studied came from the LQ45 company listed on the Indonesia StockExchange (BEI) in the 2018-2022 period and samples were taken using a purposivesampling method so that the total number of data studied was 92 samples. This data istaken from the company's financial reports and annual reports which are availableonthe BEl website or each company's website. There were several tests carried out inthisresearch. namely the normality test. classical assumption deviation test, andhypothesis testing. The results of this test show that Women on the Board ofCommissioners have no effect on Financial Distress, then Women on the Board ofDirectors have a positive effect on Financial Distress, while Sales Growth has no effecton Financial Distress and Board Size has a positive effect on Financial Distress.
