Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green innovation,organizational green culture, eco-efficiency dan collaboration terhadap competitive advantage. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini denganmenggunakan data sekunder. Penelitian kausal yang membangun hubungan antaravariabel yang diteliti dan hasil dari pertanyaan penelitian. Perusahaan yangdiperdagangkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berstatus high profile pada sektorConsumer Cyclical, Consumer Non-Cyclical, Basic Materials, Industrials, Healthcaredigunakan sebagai sampel penelitian ini, yang mencakup tahun 2019 sampai dengan2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Sebanyak 67perusahaan yang termasuk dalam sampel penelitian, dan penelitian berlangsungselama tiga tahun, menghasilkan total 201 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodestatistik deskriptif, uji pemilihan analisis regresi data panel, dan analisis regresi datapanel. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel yang memanfaatkan softwareeviews 12.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel Green Innovation dan EcoEfficiency berpengaruh positif terhadap Competitive Advantage Perusahaan HighProfile periode 2019-2021. Sedangkan variabel Organizational Green Culture danCollaboration tidak berpengaruh terhadap Competitive Advantage Perusahaan HighProfile periode 2019-2021. Variabel Kontrol: Ukuran Perusahaan dan KinerjaKeuangan yang di proksikan dengan ROA berpengaruh positif terhadap CompetitiveAdvantage Perusahaan High Profile periode 2019-2021.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of green Innovation, organizational green culture, eco-efficiency and collaboration on competitive advantage. aquantitative approach is used in this study using secondary data. Causal research thatestablishes the relationship between the variables under study and the results of theresearch questions. Companies traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with highprofile status in the Consumer Cyclical, Consumer Non-Cyclical, Basic Materials,Industrials, Healthcare sectors were used as samples for this study, covering 2019 to2021. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. A total of 67 companies wereincluded in the research sample, and the research lasted for three years, resulting in atotal of 201 samples. This study uses descriptive statistical methods, panel dataregression analysis selection tests, and panel data regression analysis. By using paneldata regression analysis that utilizes eviews 12 software.The results of this study found that the variables Green Innovation and EcoEfficiency have a positive effect on the Competitive Advantage of High ProfileCompanies for the 2019-2021 period. Meanwhile, the variables Organizational GreenCulture and Collaboration do not have a positive effect on the Competitive Advantageof High Profile Companies for the 2019-2021 period. Control Variables: CompanySize and Financial Performance proxied by ROA have a positive effect on CompetitiveAdvantage of High Profile Companies in 2019-2021.
