P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Performance Management, Reaction to Feedback dan Job Characteristic Terhadap Job Satisfaction Pada Karyawan di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Persero (Tbk.) Pejompongan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar survey secara online kepada 150 karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Persero (Tbk.) Pejompongan. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil hipotesis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Performance Management terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif Reaction to Feedback terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif Job Characteristic terhadap Job Satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai faktor-faktor yang mepengaruhi Job Satisfaction karyawan di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Persero (Tbk.) Pejompongan berada pada kategori baik. Implikasi penelitian ini bahwa faktor manajemen kinerja, rekasi terhadap Feedback dan Job Characteristic adalah hal yang perlu di perhatikan untuk meningkatkan Job Satisfaction karyawan agar terciptanya performa kinerja perusahaan yang baik. Diharapkan juga menjadi referensi bagi karyawan selalu berkomitmen saat bekerja dalam suatu perushaan.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Performance Management, Reaction to Feedback and Job Characteristics on Job Satisfaction of Employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Persero (Tbk.) Pejompongan. Data was collected by distributing online surveys to 150 employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Persero (Tbk.) Pejompongan. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis and uses SPSS software version 25. The results of this research hypothesis indicate that there is a positive effect of Performance Management on Job Satisfaction, there is a positive effect of Reaction to Feedback on Job Satisfaction, there is a positive effect of Job Characteristic on Job Satisfaction . The results of this study provide an overview of the factors that influence employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Persero (Tbk.) Pejompongan is in the good category. The implication of this study is that performance management factors, reactions to feedback and job characteristics are things that need to be considered to increase employee job satisfaction in order to create good company performance. It is also expected to be a reference for employees who are always committed when working in a company.
