P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ethical Leadership dan Organizational Justice terhadap Intention to Leaveyang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypothesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisa regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS 25 dan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS 22. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 153 karyawan retail di Depok. Dengan metode penarikan menggunakanteknik sensus. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif Ethical Leadership terhadap Intention to Leave, terdapat pengaruh positif Ethical Leadership terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh negatif Organizational Justice terhadap Intention to Leave, terdapat pengaruh positif Organizational Justice terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh negatif Job Satisfaction terhadap Intention to Leave, terdapat pengaruh negatif Ethical Leadership terhadap Intention to Leave yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction dan terdapat pengaruh negatif antara Organizational Justice terhadap Intention to Leave yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer perusahaan agar dapat meningkatkan ethical leadership dengan memimpin perusahaan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai moral dan meningkatkan organizational justice dengan berlaku adil kepada karyawan agar karyawan merasakan job satisfaction yang akan membangun hubungan baik antara pimpinan dan karyawan sehingga tidak adanya intention to leave dan atau mencari pekerjaan lain.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of Ethical Leadership and Organizational Justice on Intention to Leave mediated by Job Satisfaction. The research conducted was descriptive quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This study used the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS 22 software. The data in this study was collected from 153 retail employees in Depok. With the withdrawal method using census techniques. The results of the hypothesis test in the study show that there is a negative influence of Ethical Leadership on Intention to Leave, there is a positive influenceofEthical Leadership on Job Satisfaction, there is a negative influence of Organizational Justice on Intention to Leave, there is a positive influence between Organizational Justice on Job Satisfaction, there is a negative influence of Job Satisfaction on Intention to Leave, there is a negative influence ofEthical Leadership on Intention to Leave mediated by Job Satisfaction and there is a negative influence between Organizational Justice on Intention to Leave Leave mediated by Job Satisfaction. From the results of this study, it is expected to provide input for company managers to improve ethical leadership by leading the company in accordance with moral values and improving organizational justice by being fair to employees so that employees feel job satisfaction that will build good relationships between leaders and employees so that there is no intention to leave and/or find another job
