Pengaruh servant leadership, transformational leadership terhadap employee creativity yang-dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan Rans Entertainment
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership, Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Creativity yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Rancangan pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui penggunaan uji hipotesis (hypothesis testing). Pengumpulan data berlangsung secara cross sectional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian bersifat data primer dan dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui g-form yang diisi oleh karyawan Rans Entertainment.Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 161 karyawan Rans Entertainment.Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni pengujian instrumen seperti uji validitas dan reabilitas serta structural equation modeling (SEM) menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Servant Leadershipberpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Organizational Citizenship Behaviorberpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Creativity.Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Creativity.Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Creativity.Bagi pihak manajemen sebaiknya harus terus mempertahankan peran Servant Leadership, Transformational Leadership di perusahaannya
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Servant Leadership, Transformational Leadership on Employee Creativity mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The design in this study was implemented through the use of hypothesis testing (hypothesis testing). Data collection took place in a cross-sectional way. The data used in this study are primary data and collected by distributing questionnaires through g-forms filled out by Rans Entertainment employees. The sample collection method used a purposive sampling method of 161 Rans Entertainment employees. The data processing techniques used in this study are instrument testing such as validity and reliability tests as well as structural equation modeling (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS. The results of the study show that Servant Leadership has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Transformational Leadership has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive effect on Employee Creativity. Servant Leadership has a positive effect on Employee Creativity. Transformational Leadership has a positive effect on Employee Creativity. Management should continue to maintain the role of Servant Leadership, Transformational Leadership in their company.
