P Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Supervisor Support terhadap Career Regret dan Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement pada karyawan PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Thamrin Jakarta Pusat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode uji hipotesis, yang bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh positif antara variabel menggunakan Model Persamaan Struktural (SEM) dibantu program AMOS 21. Data dikumpulkan dari jumlah sampel menyesuaikan pada jumlah indikator pernyataan tiap variabel, dengan asumsi n x 5 observed variable (indicator) sebanyak 100 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Thamrin Jakarta Pusat yang di ambil menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling.Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini untuk melihat terdapat pengaruh positif Supervisor Support terhadap Work Engagement, Supervisor Support berpengaruh negatif terhadap Career Regret, Supervisor Support berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention. Kemudian tidak terdapat pengaruh Supervisor Support terhadap Career Regret yang dimediasi Work Engagement. Pengujian terakhir tidak terdapat pengaruh Supervisor Support terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi Work Engagement.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada variabel Supervisor Support untuk kedepannya manajer lebih sering mengkritik hal-hal kecil yang dilakukan karyawannya. Berdasarkan variabel Work Engagement, agar dapat lebih semangat lagi dalam bekerja. Berdasarkan variabel Career Regret, diharapkan bisa menerima pilihan karir yang telah dipilih agar dapat disukai. Berdasarkan variabel Turnover Intention, diharapkan dapat berhenti untuk pindah dari 1 perusahaan ke perusahaan lainnya.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Supervisor Support on Career Regret and Turnover Intention mediated by Work Engagement at PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. The research design used in this study is a hypothesis testing method, which aims to test whether there is a positive influence between variables using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) assisted by the AMOS 21 program. Data were collected the number of samples adjusted to the number of statement indicators for each variable, assuming n x 5 observation variables (indicators) of 100 employees at PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Thamrin Jakarta Pusat taken using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of Supervisor Support on Work Engagement, then Supervisor Support has a negative effect on Career Regret. Supervisor Support has a negative effect on Turnover Intention. Then there is no influence of Supervisor Support on Career Regret mediated by Work Engagement. The last test showed no influence of Supervisor Support on Turnover Intention mediated by Work Engagement.Based on the results of research on the Supervisor Support variable, managers will often criticize the small things that their employees do in the future. Based on the Work Engagement variable, in order to be even more enthusiastic at work. Based on the Career Regret variable, it is expected to be able to accept the chosen career choice so that it can be liked. Based on the Turnover Intention variable, it is expected to stop moving from one company to another.
