Abstrak
Abstract

s sebagai langkah effisiensi perusahaan PT. Bukit Asam melakukanpembuatan kontrak kerja baru dengan mengurangi satu komponen pengerjaanpengupasan overburden yaitu penyebaran(spreading) material overburden , untukmengetahui upaya effisiensi yang dilakukan PTBA merupakan solusi yang palingekonomis, hal tersebut memunculkan gagasan untuk mengevaluasi perbandinganbiaya spreading overburden dengan pengerjaan penyebaran oleh owner, kontraktordan sewa, untuk mengetahui hal tersebut diperlukan evaluasi pada konsumsi bahanbakar alat bulldozer,biaya maintenance alat, biaya kepemilikan alat, produktivitasbulldozer aktual berdasarkan ritase dump truck dan teoritis, skema biayapenyebaran oleh kontraktorserta sewa alat, dan rekomendasi optimalisasi agar lebihekonomis. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat perbedaan produktivitas antara teoritisdan ritase diakibatkan waktu perapihan karena cuaca dan kesesuaian antarakemampuan bulldozer dengan fleet yang beroperasi. Biaya spreading oleh PTBAdihitung dengan produktivitas aktual (ritase dump truck) sebesar Rp 1.224 /LCMdibandingkan dengan biaya spreading oleh kontraktor memiliki selisih Rp 817/LCM lebih ekonomis oleh PTBA, biaya spreading oleh PTBA dibandingkandengan alat sewa memiliki selisih sebesar yaitu Rp 361 /LCM lebih ekonomis olehPTBA, setelah dibuat rekomendasi bahwa pengerjaan spreading oleh PTBA palingekonomis,dilakukan optimalisasi pengerjaan spreading dengan pengurangan waktuhambatan didapat biaya spreading sebesar 869 Rp/LCM.

The results of this research show that the difference inproductivity between actual and ritase is due to the time of scraping up due to theweather and the compatibility between the bulldozer's capability and the operatingfleet. The spreading cost by PTBA is calculated with the actual (rits dump truck) ofRp 1.224 / LCM compared to the spreading cost by the contractor having adifference 817 Rp / LCM most economicly with contractors, the spreading costs byPTBA compared with rent equipment gap , namely Rp 361/ LCM most economiclyby PTBA, recommendation is spreading with PTBA equipment most economiclywas made to optimize the spreading work by reducing the time of resistance, aspreading cost was obtained of Rp 869 / LCM.
