P Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Authentic Leadership, Responsible Leadership dan Training Satisfaction terhadap Work Engagement pada karyawan di RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Authentic Leadership, Responsible Leadership, dan Training Satisfaction sebagai variabel bebas serta Work Engagement sebagai variabel terikat. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 150 karyawan melalui pengisisan kuesioner dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Regresi Linear Berganda.Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Authentic Leadership terhadap Work Engagement, terdapat pengaruh positif Responsible Leadership terhadap Work Engagement dan terdapat pengaruh positif Training Satisfaction terhadap Work Engagement.Implikasi bagi manajerial dalam mempertahankan Authentic Leadership di RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi, sebaiknya pemimpin di RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi memberikan informasi kepada karyawan mengenai kondisi rumah sakit dalam hal buruk atau hal baik, mempertahankan Responsible Leadership di RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi, supervisor/ atasan dapat menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik agar dapat menginspirasi karyawan dalam hal bekerja, mempertahankan Training Satisfaction di RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi, sebaiknya pihak rumah sakit lebih memberikan pelatihan yang dapat karyawan aplikasikan di dalam kehidupan sehari hari, meningkatkan Work Engagement di RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi, karyawan diharapkan dapat memberikan Cognitive kepada diri sendiri

T The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Authentic Leadership, Responsible Leadership, and Training Satisfaction on Work Engagement on employees of RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi. This study uses Authentic Leadership, Responsible Leadership, and Training Satisfaction as independent variable and Work Engagement as the dependent variable. The data in this study were collected from 150 employees through filling out a questionnaire with purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis test used in this study is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate: Authentic Leadership has positive effect on Work Engagement, Responsible Leadership has positive effect on Work Engagement and Training Satisfaction has positive effect on Work Engagement.The implications for managerial in maintaining Authentic Leadership in RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi, it is better for leaders at RSUD Kabupaten to provide information to employees about hospital conditions in bad or good terms, maintaining Training Satisfaction at RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi, supervisors can become better individuals in order to inspire employees in terms of work, maintain Training Satisfaction at RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi, the hospital should provide more training that employees can apply in daily life, increase Work Engagement at RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi, employees are expected to provide cognitive to themselves
