P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadapemployee empowerment dan self-manage service climate yang dimediasi olehcreativity. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebagai employee engagement variabel bebasserta employee empowerment dan self-manage service climate sebagai variabelterikat. Data dikumpulkan dari 146 responden karyawan PT. Sadhana EkaprayaAmitra dengan teknik pengumpulan data purposive sampling. Metode analisis datayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa data statistikdeskriptif (rata-rata). Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa employeeengagement memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee empowerment dan self-manageservice climate yang dimediasi oleh creativity. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankanperusahaan untuk meningkatkan keberadaan employee engagement dengan creativityguna meningkatkan kualitas employee empowerment dan self-manage service climatepada karyawan. Disarankan juga untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk melakukanpenelitian sektor industri lainnya seperti sektor property, menggunakan jumlahresponden yang lebih banyak sehingga memperoleh data yang lebih akurat, danmenambahkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi employee empowerment danself-manage service climate seperti misalnya mengganti creativity dengan workfacilitation sebagai variabel mediator.

T The research aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement on employeeempowerment and self-manage service climate mediated by creativity. This researchuses employee engagement as the independent variable and employee empowermentand self-manage service climate as the dependent variable. Data were collected from146 respondents, employees of PT. Sadhana Ekapraya Amitra with purposivesampling data collection techniques. The data analysis method used in this studyused descriptive statistical data analysis methods (average). The results of hypothesistesting in this study indicate that employee engagement has an influence onemployee empowerment and self-manage service climate mediated by creativity.From the results of this study, it is recommended that companies increase theexistence of employee engagement with creativity in order to improve the quality ofemployee empowerment and self-manage service climate for employees. It is alsorecommended for further research to conduct research on other industrial sectorssuch as the property sector, using a larger number of respondents so as to obtainmore accurate data, and adding other variables that can affect employeeempowerment and self-manage service climate, such as replacing creativity withwork facilitation as a mediator variable.
