Pengaruh hotel website quality terhadap customer satisfaction dan purchase intention melalui perceived flow
T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Hotel Website Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Purchase Intention melalui Perceived Flow. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik porposive sampling atau judgemental sampling, dimana sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 230 responden yang pernah mengakses minimal dua kali pada Traveloka.com. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui program AMOS.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Hotel Website Quality terhadap Perceived Flow, terdapat pengaruh positif Perceived Flow terhadap Purchase Intention, terdapat pemgaruh positif Customer Satisfaction terhadap Purchase Intention. Dan ditemukan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh positif Perceived Flow terhadap Purchase Intention. Peneliti yang akan datang diharapkan dapat menyebar kuesioner kepada lebih dari 230 responden agar hasil penelitian dapat lebih digeneralisasi.
T The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Quality Website Hotels on Customer Satisfaction and Purchase Intention through Perceived Flow. This study uses non-probability sampling method with porposive sampling or judgmental sampling technique, where the sample taken in this study is 230 respondents who have accessed at least twice on Traveloka.com. Data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) through AMOS program. The result of this research shows that there is positive influence of Quality Website Hotel to Perceived Flow, there is positive influence of Perceived Flow to Purchase Intention, there is positive influence of Customer Satisfaction to Purchase Intention. And it is found that there is no positive effect of Perceived Flow on Purchase Intention. Future researchers are expected to spread questionnaires to more than 230 respondents for the results of the study can be more generalized.
