T Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai perhitungan ulang konstruksi pipa distribusi gas yang dilakukan karena adanya proyek pembangunan jalan tol dan bersinggungan dengan jalur pipa distribusi gas eksisting. Perhitungan konstruksi sesuai dengan API RP 1102 meliputi beberapa tahapan meliputi perhitungan beban internal, beban eksternal dan perhitungan tegangan yang dialami akibat beban tersebut. Guna memperoleh hasil perhitungan yang optimal, dilakukan perhitungan menjadi 8 skenario A sampai dengan F dimana pemilihan skenario tersebut berdasarkan ketebalan pipa (dinyatakan dengan schedule / sch), kedalaman penanaman instalasi dan penggunaan casing. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa tegangan akibat beban internal maupun eksternal besarnya lebih kecil daripada nilai SMYS material pipa yang telah dipertimbangkan faktor desain, temperature derating factor dan faktor sambungan pipa. Agar hasil perhitungan desain ini optimal, maka diperlukan pemilihan konsep desain dan seluruh skenario. Berdasarkan hasil pemilihan konsep desain, skenario F memiliki nilai tertinggi yaitu 3,988 dan skala 1-5. Skenario F mengalami tegangan efektif sebesar 4.641,239 [psi]. Berdasarkan pengujian faktor kelelahan (fatigue) pada titik girth weld, besarnya tegangan siklik longitudinal akibat beban perlintasan A Slh, sebesar 712,041 [psi] dan tegangan siklik melingkar akibat beban perlintasan A SHh sebesar 825,956 [psi] pada titik longitudinal weld.

T This final project discusses the recalculation of gas distribution pipeline construction which is done because of toll road construction project and tangent to existing gas distribution pipeline. The calculation of construction in accordance with API RP 1102 includes several stages including calculation of internal load, external load and stress calculation experienced by the load. In order to obtain optimal calculation result, it is calculated to be 8 scenario A through F where the scenario selection is based on the thickness of the pipe (expressed by the schedule / sch), the depth of installation planting and the use of the casing. From the calculation results obtained that the voltage due to internal and external loads of magnitude smaller than the value of SMYS pipe material that has been considered the design factor, temperature derating factor and pipe connection factor. In order for the results of this design calculation is optimal, it is necessary selection of design concepts and all scenarios. Based on the result of design concept selection, F scenario has the highest value that is 3,988 and scale 1-5. Scenario F experiences an effective stress of 4,641,239 [psi]. Based on testing of fatigue factor at the point of girth weld, the magnitude of the longitudinal cyclic voltage due to the A Slh crossing load of 712.041 [psi] and the cyclic circular voltage due to A SHh cross load of 825.956 [psi] at the longitudinal weld point.
