P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan leader member exchange terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh organizational identification pada PT. Mitra Powerindo Sejahtera di Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang diolah dengan software SPSS version 21. Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke seluruh karyawan PT. Mitra Powerindo Sejahtera di Jakarta. Penelitian ini meneliti hubungan leader member exchange terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh organizational identification. Hasil penelitian ini adalah positif antara leader member exchange terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh organizational identification. Hasilnya memberikan penjelasan yang menyatukan adanya hubungan LMX theory, organizational identification theory and turnover intention theory.

T This study aims to analyze the relationship of member exchange leaders to turnover intention mediated by organizational identification at PT. Mitra Powerindo Sejahtera in Jakarta. This sampling method using Structural Equation Model (SEM) processed with SPSS version 21 software. Data collection by spreading questionnaires to all employees of PT. Mitra Powerindo Sejahtera in Jakarta. This study examines the relationship of member exchange leaders to turnover intention mediated by organizational identification. The result of this research is positive between leader member exchange toward turnover intention mediated by organizational identification. The results provide an explanation that brings together the relationship of LMX theory, organizational identification theory and turnover intention theory.
