P Penyelenggaraan pendidikan bertujuan melaksanakan Tri Dharma Pendidikan Tinggi dan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa memerlukan tata pamong yang baik (Good Governance). Implementasi Good Governance akan menjamin tranparansi efisiensi dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Di Universitas Trisakti penerapan teknologi informasi sudah dilakukan sejak beberapa tahun yang lalu, guna memastikan penggunaan teknologi informasi tersebut benar-benar mendukung tujuan penyelenggaraan pendidikan, dan dengan memperhatikan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya serta pengelolaan resiko terkait dengannya, maka diperlukan Good Governance terkait dengan teknologi informasi. Pada penelitian Tugas Akhir ini, dilakukan pengukuran kinerja tata pamong teknologi informasi di Universitas Trisakti menggunakan kerangka kerja CobIT, yang ditekankan pada proses pengelolaan data (DS11) yang terkait dengan 6 tujuan pengendalian yaitu: P02 Menetapkan Arsitektur Sistem Informasi; AI04 Mengembangkan dan memelihara manual prosedur; DS01 Menetapkan dan Mengelola Tingkat Layanan; DSO4 Memastikan kesinambungan Layanan; DS13 Pengelolan Operasional, ME 01 Pengawasan Proses-proses TI. Kerangka kerja COBIT memuat metode Maturity Model yang merupakan suatu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai seberapa baik proses TI Pengelolaan Data (DS1 1) dan Kepedulian Manajemen (Management Awareness) pada penerapan teknologi informasi di Universitas Trisakti. Dari hasil penelitian didapat tingkat pemenuhan detail control objectives (DCO) pada proses pengelolan data (DS11) didapat nilai kinerja proses sebesar 2,03, nilai tersebut tergolong dalam klasifikasi tingkat kematangan 2: repeatable but intuitif, maka terdapat gap sebesar 1.97 dari target yang telah ditentukan yaitu 4: dikelola dan terukur (managed and measurable). Hal ini berarti proses TI pada DS11 masih cenderung perlu ditingkatkan, dan perlu ditetapkan suatu SOP manajemen data. Adanya saran dan rekomendasi terhadap masalah ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan yang berarti bagi Universitas Trisakti untuk meningkatkan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang berkelanjutan.

At the University of Trisakti application of information technology has been made since a few years ago, in order to ensure the correct use of information technology actually support the goals of education, and taking into account the efficiency of resource use and management of risks associated with it, it is necessary to Good Governance relating to information technology. At this final project study, conducted performance measurement information technology governance at the University of Trisakti using COBIT framework, the emphasis on data management processes (DS] I), related 6 Control Objective as follows: P02 Define Architecture Information Systems; AI04 Develop and maintain procedure manuals; DS01 Define and Manage Service Levels; DSO4 Ensure continuity of service; DSI 3 Managing Operations; ME 01 Oversight of IT processes. The framework includes methods COBIT Maturity Model is a method that can be used to assess how well the IT process Manage Data (DS11) and Care Management (Management Awareness) on the application of information technology at the University of Trisakti. Results obtainer:' from the detail level of compliance with control objectives (DCO) in the management of data (DS11) obtained values for the performance of 2.03, the value is classified in the classification of the maturity level 2: repeatable but intuitive, then there is a gap of 1.97 from the target that has been set of 4: managed and measured (managed and measurable). This means that the IT processes in DS11 is still likely to be improved, and have established a data management SOP. The existence of suggestions and recommendations on this issue is expected to be a significant input for the University of Trisakti to improve the governance of sustainable information technology.
