P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara Digital Leadership, Employee’s Digital Capabilities, Digital Culture dan Organizational Culture terhadap Organizational Performance pada Karyawan Start Up di Jakarta. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi berganda dan SPSS versi 21. Penelitian ini berfokus pada sejumlah pekerja start up di Jakarta, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 162 responden yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 21 untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Digital Leadership, Employee’s Digital Capabilities, serta Digital Culture terhadap Organizational Performance dan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif pada Organizational Culture terhadap Organizational Performance Pada Karyawan Start Up Di JakartaPenelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi para manajer perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan efektivitas dengan cara memodifikasi atau mendesain pekerjaan agar dapat bekerja lebih efektif.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Leadership, Employee’s Digital Capabilities, Digital Culture, and Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance among employees of start up in Jakarta. Data were analyzed using multiple regression and SPSS version 21. The study focuses on a number of Start Up workers in Jakarta, with a sample size of 162 respondents obtained through a questionnaire using purposive sampling technique. The data collected were processed using SPSS software to test validity, reliability, and hypotheses. The results show a positive influence of Digital Leadership, Employee’s Digital Capabilities, Digital Culture on Organizational Performance and show a negative influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance among start up employees in Jakarta.This study is expected to provide insights for company managers to maximize effectiveness by modifying or designing jobs to work more efficiently.
