P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership dan Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan melibatkan 130 responden ASN tetap Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kabupaten Bogor yang mengisi kuesioner melalui google form. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana. Uji instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, dan uji goodness of fit. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan software SPSS versi 21 dan Sobel Test menggunakan AMOS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Transformational Leadership dan Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement. Implikasi manajerial dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu organisasi dalam meningkatkan Transformational Leadership dengan menciptakan pengaruh kerja yang harmonis antara pemimpin dan karyawan, meningkatkan Perceived Supervisor Support dengan cara menunjukkan perhatian dan kepedulian kepada karyawan, serta mempertahankan Work Engagement dengan menyesuaikan pembagian tugas sesuai dengan kelebihan karyawan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership and Perceived Supervisor Support on Turnover Intention mediated by Work Engagement. This study uses purposive sampling involving 130 permanent ASN respondents from the Bogor Regency Primary Tax Service Office who fill out a questionnaire through a google form. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The instrument tests used in this study are validity test, reliability test, and goodness of fit test. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) method with SPSS software version 21 and Sobel Test using AMOS version 23. The results of the study show that there is an influence between Transformational Leadership and Perceived Supervisor Support on Turnover Intention mediated by Work Engagement. The managerial implications of the results of this study are expected to help organizations improve Transformational Leadership by creating a harmonious work influence between leaders and employees, increasing Perceived Supervisor Support by showing attention and concern to employees, and maintaining Work Engagement By adjusting the division of tasks according to the excess of employees to increase productivity.
