Karakteristik danau pascatambang telaga batu arang PT Kaltim Prima Coal
K Kegiatan pertambangan sistem tambang terbuka dapat dipastikan membentuk lubang bekas tambang yang lambat laun terisi oleh air dan membentuk danau pascatambang salah satunya lubang bekas tambang Telaga Batu Arang milik PT. Kaltim Prima Coal. Penelitian ini akan menitikberatkan pada pemanfaatan Telaga Batu Arang berdasarkan data sekunder yaitu data kualitas air secara fisik dan kimia.metode yang digunakan interpolasi IDW (Inverse Distance Weight) yang berfokus pada peta penyebaran tiap parameter yang tersedia yang akan dianalisa berdasarkan pada 3 kedalaman yang berbeda yaitu permukaan, 10 meter, dan 15 meter. Selanjutnya akan dianalisa sebaran paramater tiap kedalaman yang berfokus pada parameter Dissolve Oxygen, TDS, dan pH. Berdasarkan hasil yaitu DO pada permukaan 5,95 mg/L, DO kedalaman 10 meter 4,99 mg/L DO kedalaman 15 meter4,44 mg/L. TDS pada permukaan 0,474 g/L, DO kedalaman 10 meter 0,473 g/L TDS kedalaman 15 meter 0,473g/L, sedangkan pH pada permukaan 7,87, pH kedalaman 10 meter 7,55 g/L TDS kedalaman 15 meter 7,39g/LBerdasarkan nilai yang didapat Telaga Batu Arang dapat dijadikan area ekowisata berupa kawasan wisata konservasi Lingkungan. Hal ini dikarenakan area tersebut tidak memenuhi Standa Baku Mutu Kualitas Linkungan
M Mining activities of open pit mining system can certainly form former mining holes that are gradually filled with water and form post-mining lakes, one of which is the former mining hole of Telaga Batu Arang owned by PT. Kaltim Prima Coal. This study will focus on the utilization of Telaga Batu Arang based on secondary data, namely physical and chemical water quality data. The method used is IDW (Inverse Distance Weight) interpolation which focuses on the distribution map of each available parameter which will be analyzed based on 3 different depths, namely the surface, 10 meters, and 15 meters. Furthermore, the distribution of parameters for each depth will be analyzed which focuses on the parameters of Dissolve Oxygen, TDS, and pH. Based on the results, namely DO on the surface 5.95 mg/ L, DO at a depth of 10 meters 4.99 mg / L DO at a depth of 15 meters 4.44 mg / L. TDS on the surface 0.474 g/L, DO depth 10 meters 0.473 g/L TDS depth 15 meters 0.473g/L, while pH on the surface 7.87, pH depth 10 meters 7.55 g/L TDS depth 15 meters 7.39g/LBased on the values obtained, Telaga Batu Arang can be used as an ecotourism area in the form of an environmental conservation tourism area.
