Minimasi unsafe action pada proyek pembangunan mass rapid transit (MRT) phase ii menggunakan metode hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control (hirarc)

Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) adalah moda berbasis rel perkotaan transportasi pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) phase II Jakarta dilakukan di area Glodok - Kota. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan, terdapat kecelakaan kerja yang diakibatkan oleh unsafe action yang perlu diidentifikasi lebih lanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengendalian dari indikator unsafe action yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). Penelitian in dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu mengidentifikasi hazard dari indikator unsafe action, melakukan penilaian risiko indikator unsafe action, dan menentukan pengendalian risiko. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan penilaian risiko, dari 13 risiko tersebut terdapat 9 jenis risiko kategori rendah (low risk), 3 jenis risiko kategori sedang (medium risk), dan 1 risiko kategori tinggi (high risk). Pengendalian risiko yang dapat diberikan dan telah disetujui perusahaan yaitu pemasangan rambu "awas material jatuh", memberikan eksternal training seperti Pelatihan K3 Tenaga Kerja Bangunan Tinggi Bidang Pesawat Angkat dan Angkut, melakukan pengawasan di area kerja dengan menambah jumlah personil pengawas yang melibatkan supervisi dan site engineer.

This research was conducted on the construction project of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) phase II Jakarta carried out in the Glodok - Kota area. Based on observations and interviews that have been carried out, there are work accidents caused by unsafe actions that need to be further identified. The purpose of this study is to control the indicators of unsafe action that can cause work accidents. The method used in this study uses Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). This research was conducted in several stages, namely identifying the hazard of the unsafe action indicator, conducting a risk assessment of the unsafe action indicator, and determining risk control. The results obtained are based on risk assessment, from the 13 risks there are 9 types of risk in the low category (low risk), 3 types of risk in the medium category (medium risk), and 1 risk in the high category (high risk). Risk control that can be provided and has been approved by the company is the installation of signs "beware of falling materials", providing external training such as K3 Training for High Building Workers in Lift and Transport Fields, conducting supervision in the work area by increasing the number of supervisory personnel involving supervision and site engineers.
