Hubungan antara Tingkat Risiko Ergonomi dan Keluhan Nyeri Otot Leher pada Siswa SMA
P Pada proses pembelajaran siswa SMA, sebagian besar kegiatan dilaksanakandengan menulis dan duduk. Duduk dalam postur janggal untuk jangka waktu lamadapat menyebabkan gangguan nyeri otot leher. Selain penyebab ergonomi, obesitasjuga merupakan salah satu penyebab. Adanya perbedaan biologis antara perempuandan laki-laki menyebabkan perempuan lebih rentan mengalami nyeri otot leher.Prevalensi nyeri leher pada remaja adalah 15-30%. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmengetahui hubungan antara tingkat risiko ergonomi, jenis kelamin, status gizi dankeluhan nyeri otot leher pada siswa SMA.METODEMetode penelitian ini merupakan analitik observasional desain cross-sectional.Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 117 siswa/i aktif kelas X di SMA Angkasa LanudHusein Sastranegara tahun 2022. Keluhan nyeri otot leher dinilai denganmenggunakan kuesioner Neck Disability Index. Tingkat risiko ergonomi dinilaimenggunakan Rapid Upper Limb Assesment. Status gizi melalui pengukuran indeksmassa tubuh. Jenis kelamin dinilai dari wawancara. Analisis bivariat dengan ujiChi-Square.HASILPrevalensi perempuan di SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara 57,3%.Didapatkan 15,4% dengan status gizi berlebih. Didapatkan juga 78,6% memilikitingkat risiko ergonomi sedang-tinggi, dan dominan mengeluhkan nyeri otot lehersedang 47,9%. Uji Chi-Square menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang bermaknaantara tingkat risiko ergonomi, jenis kelamin, status gizi dan keluhan nyeri ototleher pada siswa SMA dengan nilai (p=0,000).KESIMPULANTerdapat hubungan antara tingkat risiko ergonomi, jenis kelamin, status gizi dannyeri otot leher.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between thelevel of ergonomic risk, gender, nutritional status and complaints of neck musclepain in high school students.METHODSThis research method is an observational analytic cross-sectional design. The studywas conducted on 117 active class X students at SMA Angkasa Lanud HuseinSastranegara in 2022. Complaints of neck muscle pain were assessed using theNeck Disability Index questionnaire. The level of ergonomic risk was assessedusing Rapid Upper Limb Assessment. Nutritional status through body mass indexmeasurement. Gender was assessed by interview. Bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test.RESULTSThe prevalence of women in SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara was 57.3%.15.4% were found to be overweight. It was also found that 78.6% had a moderatehighlevel of ergonomic risk, and the dominant complained of moderate neckmuscle pain 47.9%. Chi-Square test shows there is a significant relationshipbetween the level of ergonomic risk, gender, nutritional status and complaints ofneck muscle pain in high school students with a value of (p=0.000).CONCLUSIONSThere is a relationship between ergonomics risk level, gender, nutritional status andneck muscle pain
