L Laladon Station, operating since 2003 as a type C passanger station that serve more than20 inter-village transport routes and accommodates 150 vehicle. Noise can disturb thecomfort of passangers, workers and the environtment around the station. The aim of thisstudy is to assess noise level at the Laladon Station, Bogor before and after Eid al Fitrduring the Covid-19 pandemic against the noise level standard, the relationship of noiselevel to vehicle volume (2,4 and 6 wheels) and V/C Ratio, mapping the distributionof noise level (Surfer 11) and recommending its control. The Primary data collectedfrom 6 points was taken in the station area and 1 point on the edge of the Mayor JendralIshak Djuarsa highway in the week before Eid ul Fitr andthe week after Eid ul Fitr. The method of measuring noise levels and processing data isaccording with KepMenLH48/1996 and data analyzed of the station noise levelstandard is 70 dB(A) based on TheDKI Jakarta KepGub quality standard No. 551/. This study concluded that the LDN in aweek before Eid al Fitr reached an average of 68,7-76.3 dBA and after Eid al Fitr reachedan average of 70,0-75,5 dB(A). The highest of 10 minute Leq was 77,5 dB(A) onWednesday, one day before Eid al-Fitr. The noise level is almost and has exceeded the70dB(A) quality standard despite thepandemic conditions. Between the measured andcalculated by type, number and speedof vehicles at point 7 shows a fairly strongspositive relations (R2 = 0,6178) means thattraffic noise contributes almost 62% to themeasured environtmental noise. While the relations between the measured noise leveland the V/C ratio of Mayor Djendral Ishak Djuarsa highway is (R² = 0,5882) indicatinga normal relationship between the V/C ratio and the noise level. measured at Point 7,meaning that almost 59% of themeasured noise level is generated by the volume ofvehicles on the highway. Based on visual basic, all measurement points exceed thequality standard and are in accordance with the noise distribution pattern which is alsoinfluenced by the dominant wind direction showing the highest noise concentration atPoint 7. This study recommends noise control efforts by providing a barrier in the formof trees with a height below 6m (shrubs) between the source and the recipient.
