P Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok terletak di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara, DKI Jakarta. Merupakan salah satu pelabuhan pelabuhan terbesar dan tersibuk di Indonesia. Pelabuhan ini sebagai pintu gerbang arus keluar masuk barang ekspor-impor maupun antar pulau. Sejak dicetuskan nya konsep tol laut di tahun 2015, Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok menjadi salah satu trayek tol laut maka dari itu perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai kinerja operasional Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, dimana penelitian ini akan dilakukan di terminal peti kemas IPC Pelabuhan tanjung Priok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja operasional di IPC Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok akibat dampak adanya tol laut dengan perhitungan Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR), Berth Throughput (BTP) dan Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) hingga 5 tahun mendatang. Hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa IPC Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok disarankan untuk menambah tambatan dikarenakan nilai BOR hasil proyeksi 5 tahun yang akan datang sudah mendekati 70%. Sedangkan kapasitas lapangan penumpukan dan hasil nilai berth throughput dikategorikan baik. Dimana kapasitas lapangan penumpukan nilainya masih dibawah standar dengan hasil paling tinggi di tahun 2026 sebesar 46% serta tingkatan pemakaian dermaga bongkar muat peti kemas masih bisa dilayani dengan panjang dermaga 19,850 m. Dengan hasil perhitungan BTP penggunaan dermaga di tahun 2026 di dapat 3,953 TEUs/m.

T Tanjung Priok Port is located in the Administrative City of North Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. It is one of the largest and busiest ports in Indonesia. This port is a gateway for the flow of export-import goods in and out of the island. Since the inception of the sea toll concept in 2015, Tanjung Priok Port has become one of the sea toll routes, therefore it is necessary to conduct research on the operational performance of Tanjung Priok Port, where this research will be carried out at the IPC container terminal of Tanjung Priok Port. This research aimed to determine operational performance at IPC Tanjung Priok Port due to the impact of the sea toll by calculating the Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR), Berth Throughput (BTP) and Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) for the next 5 years. The results of the analysis concluded that the IPC of Tanjung Priok Port was advised to increase the mooring because the BOR value projected in the next 5 years was close to 70%. Meanwhile, the stacking field capacity and berth throughput value results were categorized as good. Where the capacity of the stacking field was still below the standard with the highest yield in 2026 of 46% and the level of use of container loading and unloading docks could still be served with the length of the 19,850 m pier. With the results of the BTP calculation, the use of the pier in 2026 can be 3,953 TEUs/m.
