Desain interior Hotel Bisnis The Alana Hotel & Conference Center Sentul City di Bogor
H Hotel sudah menjadi suatu akomodasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat sebagaitempat singgah, berlibur, sampai berbisnis. Hotel bisnis dibutuhkan sebagaiakomodasi untuk kegiatan bisnis dan niaga, oleh karena itu dibuat perancangandesain interior hotel pada The Alana Hotel & Conference Center yang tepat sesuaidengan kebutuhan dan kegiatan tamu bisnis serta MICE. Metode perancangandilakukan melalui tahapan penelitian mulai dari pengumpulan data literatur, datasurvey, analisa, programming sampai dengan keputusan desain dan visualisasigambar. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaikipada perancangan seperti menerapkan lokal konten budaya Sunda dan ikon dariKota Bogor ke dalam desain agar sesuai dengan brand The Alana di Indonesia, jugapengadaan fasilitas bisnis untuk menunjang kegiatan tamu, dan menyediakanakomodasi yang turut serta berupaya dalam pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19sesuai dengan anjuran pemerintah.Penerapan konsep „The Ambience of Mindfulness’ pada perancangan menghadirkansuasana hotel bisnis yang tenang dan elegan dengan fasilitas bisnis yang memadaiagar sesuai dengan tujuan hotel bisnis, karakter pengguna, serta konsep brandingThe Alana. Konsep yang diterapkan didukung dengan pengolahan material, warna,dan bentuk pada elemen interior dengan gaya etnik kontemporer. Hasil akhir yangdiharapkan adalah hotel bisnis dengan suasana dan fasilitas yang dapat mendukungkegiatan penggunanya dan mengutamakan keamanan serta kenyamanan penggunaterkait adanya pandemi Covid-19.
H Hotel has become an accomodation which is needed by the society as a place tostay, to have vacation, and to do business. A business hotel is needed as anaccomodation for business and commerce activities, therefore the hotel interiordesign at The Alana Hotel & Conference Center shall meet the needs and activitiesof business guest and MICE. The design method is carried out through a researchmethod from collecting literature data, survey data, analysis, programming, up todecision of design and drawing visualization. After the research, there are somethings to be improved in the design, such as the use of local contents of Sundaneseculture and the icons of Bogor Municipality into the design so that it is in the linewith the brand of The Alana in Indonesia, also the business facility provision tosupport the guests’ activities and to provide the accomodation which also takes partin the preventive actions of Covid-19 as suggested by the government.Implementing the concept of ’The Ambience of Mindfulness’ in the design yields toa business hotel situation that is calm and elegant with the adequate businessfacilities to be in line with the purpose of a business hotel, the characters of users,and the branding concept of The Alana. Such concepts is supported withcombination of materials, color, and shapes in the interior elements withcontemporary ethnics style. The end result excpected is a business hotel with anamnience and facilities which are able to support the activities of the guests also toprioritize security and comfort to the users related to Covid-19 pandemic.Key words: Business Hotel, Contemporary, Design, Interior, Local Content,
