Analisis pengujian tan delta pada trafo 150kv bat.12 PT. Indonesia Power PLTGU Priok
T Transformator BAT.12 PLTGU Priok merupakan trasformator daya yangmemiliki peranan penting dalam pendistribusian daya listrik dari PLTGU Priokmenuju jaringan beban. Transformator BAT.12 yang telah beroperasi dengandurasi cukup lama tentu akan mengalami penurunan standard dan kualitas yangdisebabkan oleh faktor electrical, thermal, mechanical, chemical, dan aging.Salah satu penurunan standar dan kualitas pada trafo yaitu pada penurunankualitas isolasi belitan. Pada periode dua tahun terakhir operasi terjadi beberapagangguan pada transformator BAT.12 PLTGU Priok. Berdasarkan work ordermaximo 201819647 menunjukan adanya gangguan yang dapat merusak isolasipada transformator. Untuk mengetahui kondisi kualitas isolasi dan mengantisipasibreakdown transformator yang tidak terduga maka perlu dilakukan pengujian padaparameter satandar trafo. Pengujian ini meliputi pengujian pada kualitas isolasibelitan trafo. Metode pengujian Tangent Delta, Insulation Resistance danDielectric Frekeuncy Respone dilakukan untuk mengetahui parameter standar daridissipation factor , insulation resistance, polarity indeks, moisture content dan Oilconductivity. Hasil pengujian berupa Tangent Delta sebesar <0.5%, Oilconductivity sebesar <6,7 pS/m, moisture content sebesar < 1,5%, InsulationResistance HV/LV sebesar 538 MÎ dan polarity indeks sebesar 2,76. Hasil daripengujian ini menunjukan kondisi transformastor masih dalam kondisi baik.

BAT 12 transformer which has been operating for a long time willcertainly experience a decrease in standard and quality due to electrical, thermal,mechanical, chemical, and aging factors. One of the decreases in the standardand quality of the transformer is the decrease in the quality of the windinginsulation. During the last two years of operation, there were severaldisturbances in the BAT. 12 PLTGU Priok transformer. Based on the Maximo201819647 work order, there is a disturbance that can damage the isolation onthe transformer. To determine the condition of the isolation quality and anticipateunexpected transformer breakdowns, it is necessary to test the transformerstandard parameters. This test includes testing the insulation quality of thetransformer windings. The Tangent Delta, Insulation Resistance and DielectricFrekeuncy Respone test methods were carried out to determine the standardparameters of the dissipation factor, insulation resistance, polarity index,moisture content and oil conductivity. The test results are Tangent Delta of<0.5%, Oil conductivity of <6.7 pS / m, moisture content of <1.5%, HV / LVInsulation Resistance of 538 MÎ and polarity index of 2.76. The results of this testshow that the transformer is still in good condition.
