T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah adanya pengaruh Technology level of hotel vs home terhadap Technology Satisfaction dan pengaruh Technology Satisfaction terhadap Customer Satisfaction yang pernah menginap di hotel Ibis yang berada di Jakarta minimal 2x dalam 1 tahun. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden dan dikumpulkan dengan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui program AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Technology level of hotel vs home berpengaruh positif terhadap Technology Satisfaction, (2) Technology Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction.

T The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is the influence of Technology level of hotel vs home on Technology Satisfaction and the influence of Technology Satisfaction on Customer Satisfaction that has stayed at an Ibis hotel in Jakarta at least 2x in 1 year. The sample used in this study amounted to 80 respondents and was collected by purposive sampling method. The data analysis tool used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through the AMOS program. The results of this study are (1) Technology level of hotel vs home has a positive effect on Technology Satisfaction, (2) Technology Satisfaction has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction.
