B Building maintenance is one of the most important aspects in the life cycle of the building. Building feasibility level is highly associated with the building maintenance which do result from the completion of the construction process. The school is one of the building infrastructure of education that must be considered for feasibility during the service life of the building. The author conducted research on the maintenance and upkeep of school buildings which are expected to maintain the existing school facilities could be improved. With the assistance of SPSS programming, the authors concluded that the three main factors of maintenance of school buildings is the cleanliness factor (35.728%), convenience (30.669%) and availability (33.601%), as well as the value of the maintenance of the average for school buildings Bekasi City is 77.53% with the category "pretty good"
