P PT ABC Industry perusahaan manufaktur sepatu bekerja sama dengan perusahaanasal Jerman sebagai mitra atau pelanggan. Dalam rantai pasok, proses pengadaanmaterial, proses subcontractor, proses produksi dan penyimpanan memerlukan waktuyang lama. Hal tersebut karena, permasalahan lead time aktual lebih lama dari lead timeyang ditentukan sehingga terjadi keterlambatan produk sepatu serta masalah kualitasproduk. Hal tersebut menjadi waste yang berdampak buruk dalam rantai pasok. Prosesrantai pasok terdapat dampak bagi kondisi lingkungan akibat sisa proses produksi danproduk reject menjadi limbah. Mengatasi hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian menggunakanpendekatan Sustainable Lean Supply Chain untuk memperbaiki sustainablity mendorongkeberlanjutan ekonomi, keterjaminan sosial dan kualitas lingkungan yang lebih baiksesuai tujuan sustainable development goals (SDG). Penentuan penyebab masalahmenggunakan diagram fishbone dan sustainable-VSM (SVSM) untuk memetakan aliranrantai pasok kondisi saat ini. Hasil SVSM dianalisis dengan Process Activity Mappinguntuk mengelompokan kegiatan sesuai pembagian jenis aktivitas yaitu non-value added,necessary non-value added dan value added. Perhitungan sustainability indexmenggunakan sustainability indicator berdasarkan pilar ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan.Nilai sustainability index untuk mengukur performansi sustainability menentukanpersentase usaha yang dibutuhkan untuk sustainability. Pemetaan dilakukan pada tigakegiatan rantai pasok inbound, operation dan outbound. Hasil pemetaan SVSM prosesoperation didapatkan Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) sebesar 62,34% dan manufacturinglead time (MLT) selama 624.874,01 detik dengan kondisi sesudah perbaikan 68,26% danMLT selama 570.736,29 detik. Nilai sustainability index perbaikan inbound menjadi111,02%, proses operation 86,01% dan kegiatan outbound 184,33%. Penurunan nilai SImenunjukan usaha yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai sustainability setelah melakukanperbaikan indikator sosial seperti kondisi pekerja yang lebih aman dan indikatorlingkungan perusahaan dengan minimasi dampak lingkungan

P PT ABC Industry is a shoe manufacturing company that collaborates with sportapparel from Germany as partner or customer to produce the X series of football shoes.PT ABC acts as a manufacturer in the Partner supply chain. In the product supply chain,the material procurement process, subcontractor process, production process, and storagetake a long time. This is due to the fact that the actual lead time is longer than the specifiedlead time, resulting in delays in shoe products and shoe product quality problems. Thisbecomes waste that has a bad impact on the supply chain. In the chain process, there areeffects that have an impact on environmental conditions due to the rest of the productionprocess and products that are rejected as waste. To overcome this, this research wascarried out using the Sustainable Lean Supply Chain approach to improve sustainability,encourage economic sustainability, social security, and better environmental quality inaccordance with the sustainable development goals (SDGs). determination of the causeof the problem using a fishbone diagram and sustainable-VSM (SVSM) to map the supplychain flow of the current condition. The results of SVSM were analyzed using ProcessActivity Mapping tools to group activities according to the division of activity types,namely non-value-added, necessary non-value-added, and value-added. The calculationof the sustainability index uses sustainability indicators based on economic, social, andenvironmental pillars. The sustainability index value is used to measure sustainabilityperformance and determine the percentage of effort required for sustainability. Mappingis carried out on three supply chain activities, namely inbound, operation, and outbound.The results of the SVSM mapping of the production operation process obtained a processcycle efficiency (PCE) of 62.34% and a manufacturing lead time (MLT) of 624,874.01seconds with conditions after repair of 68.26% and MLT of 570,736.29 seconds. Thesustainability index value for inbound improvement is 111.02%, the operation process is86.01% and outbound activity is 184.33%. The decline in the SI value indicates the effortneeded to achieve sustainability after making improvements to social indicators such assafer working conditions and company environmental indicators by minimizingenvironmental impacts.
