Pengaruh E-commerce website sampai pemenuhan pemesanan konsumen terhadap kepuasan, loyalitas dan word of mouth
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran Website Attractiveness, Website Functionality, Website Security, dan Consumer Fulfillment terhadap Consumer e- Satisfaction, Consumer e-Loyalty dan e-WOM. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini (1) Website Attractiveness berpengaruh positif terhadap Consumer e-Satisfaction (2) Website functionally berpengaruh positif terhadap Consumer e-Satisfaction (3) Website Security berpengaruh positif terhadap Consumer e-Satisfaction (4) Consumer e-Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Consumer e-Loyalty (5) Consumer Fulfillment tidak berpengaruh terhadap Consumer e- Satisfaction (6) Consumer Fulfillment berpengaruh positif terhadap Consumer e-Loyalty (7) Consumer Fulfillment tidak berpengaruh terhadap e-WOM (8) Consumer e-Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap e-WOM.Kata kunci: Daya Tarik Situs Web, Fungsionalitas Situs Web, Keamanan Situs Web, Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Konsumen, Kepuasan Elektronik Konsumen, Loyalitas Elektronik Konsumen, Elektronik mulut ke mulut.
T This study aims to test and analyze the role of Website Attractiveness, Website Functionality, Website Security, and Consumer Fulfillment on Consumer e-Satisfaction, Consumer e-Loyalty and e-WOM. The sample used in this study amounted to 170 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the SEM method.
