P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Media Social Fatigue dan job stress terhadap Job Performance pada PT Trigana Air Service di Jakarta. Jenis penelitiannya berupa quantitative research dan perancangannya berupa pengujian hipotesis. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan melibatkan 147 karyawan PT Trigana air Service Jakarta yang sudah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Metode analisisnya menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dan proses pengolahan data dibantu perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan untuk pengujian pengaruh Media Social Fatigue terhadap Job Performance, dan pada pengujian Job Stress terhadap Job Performance diketahui terdapat pengaruh signifikan negatif pada Job Stress terhadap Job Performance. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi kepada PT Trigana air Service Jakarta, agar dapat mengurangi tingkat stres terkait pekerjaan dengan cara mengontrol stress pekerja pada level yang rendah dan meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan perusahaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan Job Performance karyawan.

T This study aims to examine the effect of Social Media Fatigue and Job Stress Toward Job Performance at PT Trigana Air Service in Jakarta. The type of research is quantitative research and the design is in the form of hypothesis testing. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and involving 147 employees of PT Trigana Air Service Jakarta who had worked for at least one year. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis and data processing is assisted by SPSS version 25 software. Based on the results of the study, for testing the influence of Social Media Fatigue on Job Performance it can be concluded that there is no significant effect between Social Media Fatigue on Job Performance. it is know from significant value for testing the effect of Job Stress on Job Performance can be concluded that there is a negative effect of Job Stress on Job Performance. This research contributes to PT Trigana Air Service Jakarta, in order to reduce Job Stress related to work by controlling employee stress level at minimum and for improve the quality of the company's environment so as to improve employee Job Performance.
