P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Website Design, CustomerTrust, dan Website Customization Terhadap Customer Satisfaction Pada Website ECommerce.Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner denganteknik purposive sampling pada 200 responden yang pernah berbelanja di website ecommerce(Tokopedia, Shopee, dan Bukalapak). Alat analisis yang digunakan yaituStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui SPSS 25 dan AMOS 23. Hasil penelitianini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh positif website design terhadap customer satisfaction,customer trust terhadap customer satisfaction, dan website customization terhadap customer satisfaction.

T This study aims to examine the Effect of Website Design, Customer Trust, andWebsite Customization on Customer Satisfaction on E-Commerce Websites. Thisresearch data collection method used a questionnaire with purposive sampling techniqueon 200 respondents who had shopped on e-commerce websites (Tokopedia, Shopee, andBukalapak). The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) throughSPSS 25 and AMOS 23. The results of this study indicate that the influence of websitedesign has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer trust has a positive effecton customer satisfaction, and website customization has an effect on customer satisfaction.
