This thematic settlement of Tourism Legend, has the theme 'City of Silam Century Adventure', which is located on the Trans Yogi-Cibubur Highway, + 25 km from Jakarta to the Southeast. In this commercial center there are offices, shopping centers, dining areas, convention centers, exhibition centers and entertainment centers (karaoke, sport club, night club and cinema). Most of these commercial centers only function optimally at night (from the perspective of the activities of the people who have many jobs outside Cibubur). Therefore there needs to be an emphasis in landscape design on the site, namely in terms of landscape lighting.The space requirement / facility development program in this area is more aimed at developing the function of the outer space which is adjusted to the function of the building. In addition, there are also developments in facilities and equipment that support these outdoor functions. Such as holding pedestrian malls, plazas, parking lots and so on.In the landscape design of this area, there is more emphasis on the light arrangement, but there are still basic concepts that are applied to the whole concept. The basic concepts are dynamic, safety, security, and aesthetic. The basic concept is applied to the concept of outdoor space, the concept of landscape architectural forms, the concept of landscape plant arrangement, and the concept of lighting systems. The concept of the lighting system is applied to several things, namely the building façade, circulation paths, hard and soft materials (vegetation, statues, flagpoles, and water fountains). In each case, separate techniques are used to give a special impression, and in accordance with the basic concept, namely to give a dynamic impression, for safety and security, and to provide beauty.The results of the existing landscape design include zoning systems, functional systems, compositions of outdoor atmosphere, and determination of types of plants, hard materials, and construction systems. For lighting arrangement in the area used 12 types of lamps, with different lighting functions and effects. From all these designs, it is hoped that this commercial center can become a comfortable, safe, aesthetic, and unique area, especially for visitors to feel the shopping atmosphere with a specially designed lighting system.
