Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas,Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan Corporate Governance terhadap nilai perusahaan.Pada penelitian ini, yang menjadi variabel independen adalah Profitabilitas, Likuiditas,Struktur Modal,Ukuran Perusahaan,dan Corporate Governance. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan kriteria sampel merupakan laporan keuangan perusahaan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2014-2017.Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan selama empat tahun periode laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif,teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji f serta uji koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable risiko bisnis, corporate social responsibility, dewan direksi, dewan komisaris yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sedangkan variabel diversifikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.

T This study is to examine the factors that can affect financial performance. This study investigates the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Capital Structure, Firm Size,corporate governance on firm value. In this study, the independent variables are Profitability Liquidity, Capital Structure, Firm Size, corporate governance.The method of sampling is purposive sampling, with the criteria of financial statements of building construction companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2018. Based on these criteria, financial statements during four year period of financial reporting from 10 companies are collected. The study isa quantitative study which employs multiple regressions for the analysis, and t test, ftest, also coefficient of determination test for the hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that business risk variables, corporate social responsibility, board of directors, board of commissioners have a significant positive effect on financial performance. While the variables of diversification have no effect on financial performance.
