Abstract

P PT. Timah (Persero) mempunyai beberapa area penambangan yang salah satunya berada di Pulau Kundur, Kepualuan Riau. Tambang bijih timah di Pulau kundur kepulauan Riau termasuk ke dalam Alluvial mine, yang mana endapannyaberada di laut di laut. Berdasarkan lokasi endapannya, maka penambangan di PTTimah Unit Kundur menggunakan Kapal Isap Produksi (KIP). Pada tahun 2017produksi yang dilakukan setiap kapal isap setiap bulannya berbeda- beda dancendrung tidak memenuhi target sesuai rencana kerja yang di berikan. Pada bulanNovember 2017 produksi yang dilakukan oleh kapal isap produksi milik PT.Timah (PERSERO) Tbk unit Kundur tidak maksimal. Dari sembilan kapal isap produksi milik perusahaan hanya kapal isap produksi timah 6 saja yang targetproduksinya tercapai. Oleh karena itu penulis ingin menganalisis perbandingantingkat produksi kapal isap produksi periode November 2017. Dalamkesempatan kali ini penulis akan mengevaluasi perbandingan tingkat produksikapal isap milik perusahaan yaitu KIP 3,4, dan 6 yang mana ketiga KIP ini tidakmengalami reparasi terencana. Menurut hasil Evaluasi, diperoleh bahwa tingkat produksi dan jam jalan produktif KIP Timah 3 dan KIP Timah 4 tidak memenuhi target, karena pencapaian yang didapat â‰¤ 100%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produksi dan jam jalan produktif tidak sesuai dengan rencana kerja. Disisilain dapat dilihat tingkat produksi yang dicapai KIP Timah 6 sebesar 127,2% danjam jalan produktif yang dicapai KIP Timah 6 sebesar 114,09 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produksi dan jam jalan KIP Timah 6 telah memenuhi target, karena pencapaian yang didapat â‰¥ 100%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produksi dan jam jalan untuk KIP Timah 6 sesuai dengan rencana kerja.

Therefore, the writer wants to analyze the comparison of the productionlevel of suction vessel production for the period of November 2017. In thisoccasion the author will analyze the comparison of the suction vessel productionlevel of the company, namely KIP 3,4, and 6 of which these three KIPs have notplanned reparations. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that thelevel of production and hours of productive roads KIP Timah 3 and KIP Timah 4did not meet the target, because the achievements obtained were â‰¤ 100%, this indicated that the level of production and hours of productive roads were not in accordance with the work plan. On the other hand, it can be seen that the production level achieved by KIP Timah 6 is 127.2% and the productive road hours achieved by KIP Timah 6 are 114.09%. This shows that the level of production and hours of the KIP Timah 6 road have met the target, because the achievements obtained are â‰¥ 100%, this shows that the production level and road hours for KIP Timah 6 are in accordance with the work plan.
