Pengaruh quality of work life terhadap job satisfaction dan turnover intention pada karyawan wanita PT Andalan Finance Indonesia
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Quality of Work Life terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention pada karyawan wanita PT Andalan Finance Indonesia yang berlokasi di Tangerang sebanyak 74 orang. Metode penarikan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode regresi linear sederhana menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 24.Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa responden memiliki pernyataan cenderung setuju terhadap quality of work life pada dimensi capacity ditujukkan dengan nilai statistik deskriptif sebesar 3.89, responden memiliki pernyataan setuju terhadap quality of work life pada dimensi social relevance ditujukkan dengan nilai 4.04, responden memiliki pernyataan cenderung setuju terhadap job satisfaction ditujukkan dengan nilai statistik deskriptif sebesar 3.94, dan responden memiliki pernyataan sangat tidak setuju terhadap turnover intention ditujukkan dengan nilai statistik deskriptif sebesar 1,99. Hasil juga menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif quality of work life terhadap job satisfaction dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,115 dan terdapat pengaruh negatif quality of work life terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai beta sebesar -0,021.
T This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life on Job Satisfaction and the Turnover Intention on female employees of PT Andalan Finance Indonesia where areas is located in Tangerang, in which 74 people were being used as an object to be surveyed on. The methods that have been used to gather data is Purposive Sampling. Tests were carried out with simple linear regression method using SPSS version 24 software.The results of this study describe that respondents have a statement tend to agree on the quality of work life on capacity dimensions shown with the value of descriptive statistics of 3.89, respondents have a statement agree on Quality of Work Life on the dimension of Social Relevance displayed with 4.04, respondents have a statement tend to agree to Job Satisfaction appeared with a descriptive statistical value of 3.94, and respondents have a statement strongly disagree to Turnover Intention shown with a descriptive statistical value of 1,99. The results also explain that there is a positive effect of Quality of Work Life on Job Satisfaction with beta value of 0,115 and also there is a negative effect on Quality of Work Life to Turnover Intention with beta value of -0,021
