Pengaruh surface acting emotions, deep acting emotions dan emotional exhaustion terhadap job satisfaction frontliner grapari di PT Telkomsel, Jakarta
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Surface Acting Emotions, Deep Acting Emotions dan Emotional Exhaustion terhadap Job Satisfaction. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 59 responden Karyawan Frontliner Grapari PT Telkomsel, Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan survei. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: Surface Acting Emotions tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Deep Acting Emotions tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Emotional Exhaustion berpengaruh negatif terhadap Job Satisfaction. Implikasi bagi manajer yaitu agar lebih memperhatikan Surface Acting Emotions dan Deep Acting Emotions serta Emotional Exhaustion juga meningkatkan Job Satisfaction para karyawannya.
P Purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Surface Acting Emotions, Deep Acting Emotions and Emotional Exhaustion on Job Satisfaction Frontliner Grapari at PT Telkomsel, Jakarta. Data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 59 respondents at Grapari PT Telkomsel, Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research is survey. This research using Multilple Regression.Hypothesis testing results indicate: Surface Acting Emotions doesn’t have negative impact to the Job Satisfaction, Deep Acting Emotions doesn’t have a positive impact to the Job Satisfaction and Emotional Exhaustion have negative impact to the Job Satisfaction. Implication for managers is to pay more attention emotions surface acting and deep acting and emotional exhaustion emotions also increase the job satisfaction of its employees.
